for the Brother that have kind of straight hair listen man dont get offend it about the Puerto Rican,mexican,Mulato straight hair curl what ever they wanna call it..my hair is kind of like that too..Im a Coollie from the Island Roots just like Damian Marley..look at his locs..every hair will loc different but it will locked..need a diferent method for your hair brother twist will unraveled back..try to braid that loose hair in.. n for next time try to start them as Box Braids or 2 strand twist.
@wcc181 I know, hence I do my own retwists! lol...but every now and then Im too tired so I want to go to a shop. Unfortunately every one I try attempts to use that gel. Im in search of an actual locticion that will know better but until then me and the comb will be best friends. I think im doin a good job though, check out my channel and let me kno lol
my hair is just like the guy's at about 2:00. I MUST RETWIST EVERY 5 days or so. Especially because I hate using so much product (i use raw shea butter and a tea tree oil and water mix spray) But whenever I go to the shop, dun dun dun...they always bust out that brown "protein" gel. Im not losing faith, Ive been in the process for 10 wks now. Alot of ppl say my hair isnt going to lock but there r sum that I have tried to undo and they will not budge. My crown however...
@jlotucker they use brown protein gel on your hair thats horrible...that stuff is so bad for locs it gets trapped inside the locs and is really hard to clean out...you should stop going to the person who is twisting you up..thats terrible.
