From that standpoint, someone could say regarding the "rock" genre, that they like hard rock, soft rock, progressive rock, or other label.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that the "rock" genre is just as diverse as the "metal" genre, and if you boil it down, they're part of the same bigger scope of blues-descended genres of guitar/drum driven music, of which country and jazz are also a part.

In an interview, I believe it was Mark who said the title was more or less "all of the above" when asked if the title was derived from the number of members in the band, the originally intended track number or 6th song they wrote for the album, etc. The song is about the band ("she"), and everything they've been through, refusing to back down through thick and thin.
