Brownsville, McAllen, Edingburg all those towns close to border - they teach spanish in kindergarten. Later, some of the pupils don't even know english. They get 2 free cars per family. Also, I am an International Student who speaks more than 3 different languages (Not counting English), got my BA in a different country, and have been speaking English for no more than 2 years. Therefore, I’m glad I have accomplished much and only make little elementary mistakes. :)
