He barely touches their oponnents and they fall down! If it is not choreographed, than please explain me how it works, what are the mechanics of those moves? Please don't tell me about chi or ki, because I know it has nothing to do with it.
He came to a club in Ayrshire about 1992and the instructor there a Jas Fulton a Black belt 5th dan was really good and fast.But he just anticipated his moves and nailed him.Amazing to watch.
It's mainly about timing and perfect technique - putting the exact amount of force at the exactly right moment and place in order to interrupt the movement of the partner. It is not difficult to grasp but requires a lifetime to execute.
