I agree. This is the "standard" version. I was fortunate enough to play it, using exactly this version, when I was in high school. It went out over the radio on a local station here in NYC. I came to this country when I was 9 months old, became a citizen in 1979 at the age of 9, fought as an Infantry Marine in Gulf War-I and Somalia. So you could say that I am an American by choice,Cuban by birth. As far as par for the course, I'm a registered Republican, But I voted for Obama with the slightest bit of hope that our country would go in a better direction. I won't feed the federal beast with taxes, I buy locally, at flea markets with no sales tax. I liquidated my assets and took the money off shore. I bought a small house so my property taxes are low. I drive used cars. I buy my clothes at resale shops. The battle has just begun.

The old south has died. After Booth shot Linclon, even former confederate soldiers and diehard successionists were against killing th president, because they saw they needed him. Just imagine how much more terrible another civil war would be with modern weapons. Seriously, we have a governemnt where we actually get a say. I am a liberal living in Virginia, so I know what I mean by the old south is dead. Well, at least mostly dead anyways.
