I saw an argument between the first AD and the gaffer that I thought for sure was gonna be a fight for sure. The AD wound up smashing his motorola radio he was so pissed. The gaffer needed his face smashed in.
Worked on set,eh?...don't hear the "F" word,much??...mmm,well,anyway..The industry is full of non talents, who think designer surfwear and headsets, make them more important than they really are. And they are generally first or second job AD's!!!! ....We are all just Shit shovellers with different titles!
I really think that the users here should institute their own awards - call them the "Youbbies". Shit like this would score well in the documentary category.
Most actors are shit human beings just like most crew members... You cats have no perspective because you spend your entire existence (on earth) on a set somewhere.
I was once on a set wearing a 100lb space suite that was 110+ degrees inside for many hours. I never complained once. We took the suits off while they changed the set up and I went back to my trailer to take a dump. Of course, at this point I have been standing for many hours and taking opiate painkillers in order to handle the suit on my worn athlete body... So now I am full-on constipated.
Not a few minutes later, as I sit on the toilet, there is some little pecker-head P.A. banging on my door. A couple minutes go by and there is more banging and yelling: "They need you on the set". I yell back "JUST A MINUTE!"... bastards. I just gave them four hours straight and I need to take a dump here... WTF? I can't have a five minute break to myself so I can empty my poor intestines? More banging followed by more voices and even more banging.
When I finally come out of my trailer there are four P.A.s and the AD standing out there looking at me as if the 5-7 minutes I just spent crapping ruined the picture and wasted the whole day away.
professionalism my dirty ass... This business is not known for people behaving properly. It's full of abusive, petty fools. Anyone who tells anyone different is out of their fucking mind.
This should be called "AD vs. Star". The latter are the only people who can get away with this shit. 98 percent of actors are helpful, glad to work and happy to do their jobs well. It's called professionalism. If you don't have it, you don't get the gig in the first place, or you get fired.
wha't is an AD? I'm not in the moive biz.

I feel like there is a lot of truth behind some of these acting videos. Have you seen confrontations like this before?

Why the F-Bombs? This is funny without them.

Note to self: take pics of all the actresses before they going into makeup. Some call it blackmail, I call it an insurance policy!

why is it every one of these extra normal videos is just a rip off of the iPhone4 VS HTC Evo?
