That looked pretty deliberate to be honest, I've seen dozens of accidental inside leg kicks that hit the groin, but that just looked like a power kick headed straight for the balls.

Thats the only thing I don't like about MMA. In a real fight when you open yourself up like that on the ground your opening up all your weaknesses. Half the time they wouldn't have the time to submit before getting their nuts broken.
