However, if it's something that your buddy MADE from scratch with nothing commercial in it, it's legal. It really depends on WHAT the file is, but yes, but pirating Sony Vegas from Mediafire is just as bad as getting it from Pirate Bay or wherever.

By the way a perfectly functional version of Sony Vegas, a great version can be bought from £20.00 - it's the Movie Studio HD version. Take a look at the page again.

@TheComputerNerd120 i use wax. its 100% free and does what expensive ones do. go to google and search for debugmode wax 2.0. its complex but free and its alot better than usual editers. either that or jashaka!

@TheFOOTBALL752 Windows Movie Maker sucks, but if you really have to use it, then import it as a video file. You can't greenscreen with Windows Movie Maker though.

Also, when you're ready to move away from Windows Movie Maker, I recommend Sony Vegas. It's great and you can get a version of it from £20.00 (around $40.00).

@TheFOOTBALL752 Simple. Open pictures or my videos or wherever you have your clips saved. Now, drag them onto the Sony Vegas timeline. Then you can add effects, transitions, etc. Then export. Simple!

@thedropoutkid Can you be more specific? I mean, what program are you using? Sony Vegas? Windows Movie Maker (god forbid)? Cyberlink PowerDirector? Also, are you on Windows or Mac? Do you have a program at all? If not, go get a free trial of Vegas (Google). Generally you import it like you would a video, picture or sound and drag it on your timeline/storyboard. Simple as.

@thedropoutkid I've forgotten the details of Movie Maker because it's so crap and I've moved on, but as far as I can remember you to go Import video... Find where you saved the file... And drag it on the timeline/storyboard.

And, just so you know, when you move onto more advanced stuff you NEED to get a better program. Sony Vegas is the option most YouTubers (including myself) get, it's about $30.00 for the cheapest, but still great, version.

You don't. The title and description tells you what they are. They're video files for video editing, chroma-keying (green/blue screen) and can be printed onto things like disc labels and covers. These are media backgrounds, not desktop wallpapers.

Um... if you can't find where it's saved...um...well try downloading again and choosing to download it somewhere you know. Also, if you're using a different web browser or something, if you're on Vista or Windows 7 go to the Downloads folder. Else, try searching for it.

Yup. Just so you know, when you start moving on to more advanced stuff you might want to consider moving on to a better video editor. I'd recommend Sony Vegas. All versions of it are really able, and the cheapest one (£25.00, around $30.00) is absolutely great.

Umm...probably. It all depends what formats proshow producer accepts. These are all in wmv format, so if proshow producer works with that format, you're all set.
