the opening tune is so haunting it gives me goose pimples. Lance was superb and it should have run for more than 3 seasons

currently watching the second season. This show kept me awake at nights when I was in high school, thinking on tha nature of evil. This season is way weirder than the first though, I'll have to say. But it's deeper in a philosophical and existential sense...Thanks for posting this video. reminded me of old times and great television...

I'm sorry, what are you talking about? Chris Carter was in charge of the whole first season. He let Glen Morgan and James Wong be the show runners for the second season, which completely changed it (for better or worse is up for discussion).

So if you're disappointed, it's most likely in the Morgan and Wong led second season. Even though they should be praised for their brilliant episodes on the X-Files, Morgan and Wong completely changed the dynamics of Millennium

The third season was run mostly by Chip Johannessen. Chris Carter came back into the mix as a writer but was not fully involved in the direction of the third season.
