Incest involves sexual relations between two or more persons that are blood-related that could mean any age variation. Most of the incest themes in the porn dealt with incest between consenting adults or persons of around the same age like brother and sister, or cousins...just as an example. I never saw a porn where the incest theme involved somebody pretending to be prepubescent. Having sex with somebody that's prepubescent is what is pedophilia, whether they are blood-related or not.
