  • thanx i never make it , but when my mom make engera , she make the last enjera Kategna for bunakurs she add butter, berebre and ayb,(cottage cheese) and she cook it on low temperature until get crispy. OMG i love it!

  • you dont make enjera katenga like that you are ment to put the enjera on the pan and then get some special tesmi (butter) put it on the enjera and then put some berbere all over the enjera and then let it stay for about 4 mins

  • @EriGyal Thanks for your comments. The video does not show the preparation of the berbere and butter spread onto the injera. Nor does it show, for the sake of time, the waiting time between the spreading and the rolling. As with all cooking preparation, techniques may vary from cook to cook but the wonderful rich taste of the berbere blend highlights this Mesob dish, as we are sure it does with yours.
