i just beat the game yesterday without dying and did it in 17 minutes... i wasn't even planning on doing it, just picked it up and played and realized i didn't even die lol.

and yes, the actual SMB audio would be much better and make it more interesting to watch.

also, in the tank and airship levels I always wondered what they were all randomly shooting at. Its like they are wasting cannonballs and probably doing massive friendly fire damage.

While this run does look legit (and is very impressive, smokes my personal best around 22 mins), I have to ask, why doesn't the spade card appear between 8-1 & 8-2 when you hit 80,000 points?

I believe it can appear anywhere in the world so it could be outside the "light" or on another screen.

lol that was so such a risky move at 4:36. I came so close to getting hit from the top and bottom. I was so nervous at that point I couldnt think straight. I plan on getting back into this game pretty soon so expect an even better time from me sometime this year. Dont worry I'll have direct sound this time.

yes but they use frame by frame emulator TAS runs in slow motion that allow otherwise impossible moves
