Watching this show was my bed time story on Monday nights lol.

This show made Monday nights fun to the point your thinking on whats going to happen next.

I hated Fox after they took this show down now I'm left with so many questions on what the hell happens from here and why does Derek says "Does anyone know who John Connor is?"

What does he not exist in this future? I wouldn't know now thanks to Fox >:(

Moments like this are what kept me tuning in. John's teenage angst was too much at times but then you'd get great moments like this thrown in. Plus they couldn't go wrong with that Sarah Conner theme music. Not to mention, hello! Summer Glau?! Fox really did give up too soon.

John Connor´s father is really cute, such a babe... it would be very interesting if Sarah Connor lives in this alternate time and shi is the leader of the resistance and Kyle is her boy so that´s why he´s kind of famous

I had the same thought about Sarah. By skipping 8 years they skipped over her death and even changed her behavior. She became health concsious, saw the doctor, and started taking vitamins. So it is possible she survived and is in her early to mid 50s. It also makes sense that she would be doing the job John was suppose to do. She has been fighting Skynet for decades and she certainly likes to give out orders. Plus that way the whole family would be together.

what if in this alternate future is the Allison-Kyle relationship? it would work. Kyle would be free from being John´s father and got a second chance with Allison! I would like a third season with this story in line, it is an alternate future so John doesn´t have to worry about to send his father to the past so Kyle would live more days or years, with Allison hehe

Kyle still has to go back. Just like skipping over those years changed the future, Kyle not going back changes the past which changes the future.  By not sending Kyle back and at just the right time to just the right time, John erases himself from existance. Not to mention that every change made is based off of Kyle's initial visit. Sarah never would have done what she did without having met Kyle.

Derek is Kyle Reese's brother.

In a nutshell, Kyle was sent back in time to protect Sarah(Before she was even pregnant) because Skynet was trying to kill her to prevent John from even being born. Before he was killed, Kyle did it with Sarah and got her pregnant.

@gundamWWW It helps if you have seen the movies. Reese (Kyle Reese) traveled back from the the future to before he was born in the past. Kyle slept with Sarah and their son John was born about 20 years before his father (Kyle) was born due to time travel. Derek is Kyle's brother who time traveled back to when his nephew, John, was a teenager. John time traveled to the future and runs into his father and uncle as adults but before either of them time traveled into the past.

John Henry, not Connor, is probably the Resistance leader. That's why no one but cyborgs and high ranks can see him, he has machines working for him, why some humans are starting to doubt, future John making deals with the machines, why Cameron says she doesn't take orders from "this John" in the present, why she told Jesse "telling me is the same as telling John".

With time travel, it all comes full circle. Because Cameron failed her mission so she took John's place as leader until he's ready
