Guys,He skipped meteor server some times because there are levels Meteor Server lvl 1,2,3,etc.To get a higher level,you have to get more noise.The higher the level,the better meteor server cards you will get.

@MarioSegaFreak First kill on this guy i did so w/o finalizing. It was a repeat of the battle, but hey, I had 2 giga chips in the folder. NOt to mention 5 powerful mega chips, each able to do over 500 damage on one enemy. started off w/ a little over 1500 hp, ended that battle w/ less than 450. Second battle, took him out in 2 turns.

Dread Joker is different because Joker utilizes a TON more power from G. The appearence I believe is linked to the amount of power drained from the meteor.

My guess could be different, but really, would you actually want to play as Dread Joker's clone? Finalize is meant to increase Mega's power, not turn him into Joker :/.

@reddiver1234 yes, so called "Noise forms" there are over 12 in the 2 games (6 in each + 2 finalize forms Ace and Joker) and over 100 mixes (mix=a mix of 2 noises from friend) just play the game it is awesome, the guy who was playing in the cideo got wolf noise

Buy it also because capcom could make a 4th game :D

@JEDI4732 Wolf Noise is a Red Joker form. Which mean in Red Joker there is a 15% chance of getting it after a battle. Where as in Black Ace there is only a 4% chance of getting a Red Joker noise form, which includes Wolf noise. So you can get it, you just need a LOT of luck.

Black Ace is the Jet

Black Ace has Auto Lock on combined with the ability to double any chips used with mega attacks that makes Black Ace stronger, not only that but Black Ace has Flot and Air shoes.

Red Joker is merely A zaraki or berserker for non bleach fans, Super Armor and Special Armor make him a force to play with BUT he has to lock on regularly without the use of abilites,

hey RougeSasuke to get meteor access u need ur noise gauge to be 200% or higher the higher it is the better the chips u get. The chips you get is classified by level it ranges from 1 to 11. When you hit 988 noise (which i have done many times becus im rouge noise plus 6 sword fighter series and a whole lotta sword chips :D) You will get 11 which has the cool chips like atomic blazer.
