can somebody tell me what the F&%k this was supposed to be this clown couldnt drive his finger up his hole, if he was drivin a machine of mine and came of that pile the way he did destroyin the back of the machine, i woulda broke his jaw for him

The clue is in the title, it's a dancing excavator, he is doing stunts entertaining crowds at a show, he is not meant to be doing normal work with it.
