i have cyberlink youcam on my laptop...it came with it and i tried to upload one of my videos onto youtube but when i go to upload it, it only gives me options to upload the pictures, not the videos..if that makes any sense so i tried to upload it from youcam since it has a youtube option on it and i've tried to upload it about 10 times and it says upload failed everyyyyy time!

this used to happen to me. if you go to Documents>Youcam, the video should be in there with the name of the date you recorded it, eg 20091104. try uploading it from there via the usual youtube method

Laucnh cyberlink youcam then launch windows live messenger. Then go to tool, audio and video setup and click next until you get to the webcam part and choose thw cyberlink option and you're done.
