Since you were talking about cooking in this video, it reminded me of something I find relaxing: watching people prepare food. There's just something relaxing about watching other people cook, especially if it's a soft spoken video...maybe something simple like preparing instant oatmeal or soup, listening to someone describe the process, gently pouring the water (or milk), gently stirring, etc. Other simple things might include making a sandwich, making a salad (chopping veggies, etc).
