How many feet can the air vent stack be from a toilet

@wildwoodtop Good question, but every city, state and town has specifications for the size and placement of pipes that must be used for plumbing vents. Those specifications can usually be found in the town's health codes under sanitation. In most states and cities, new plumbing fixtures must meet code specifications. Your town may require that plans be filed with the Sanitation Board or Health Department, and inspection upon completion of the work. (A local plumber will answer your question!)
