To jurrasicsushi. Use 50lb braid. 8/0 circle hooks. 3 ounce slip sinker. 25lb mono leader about 14 inches worth. Big barrell swivill. Catch brim for bait. Use berkly maggots in the glass jar from wallmart. Put two on a #8 hook with 4lb line.  Fish all night long. I promise if theirs bigguns in there. You will catch them. We caught one 30 a couple in the low 20's this last wknd. Good luck.

i caught bigger cats than that last one and i am only 12 and i used a 1 foot shad to catch a 120 pound catfish in the ohio river and it was a blue catfish

@TheScoobydude23 We use skipjack and shad in the spring, skipjack and asian carp in the summer and fall and mooneye when we can get it.

@TheScoobydude23 it takes more than bait to hook up with those cats. it takes a lot of trial and error, learning your water, having the proper gear that wont bust apart, and most importantly balls.

these arent bass, to these fish your biggest trophy bass is just bait. the parts they dont show you is the sheer amount of time they had to spend out on the water searching for these amazing fish. i know most of these guys and they are superb fishermen and what they have made here is amazing.
