But to spend money on these big events, the gov saves just on the salary of civil servants and cut funds that would finance the culture and education. It's a song about a person who took an Ita (kind of brazilian ship) from Belém do Pará (North of Brazil) to live in Rio de Janeiro.

The economy here is still the most poifitable in the world, especially in Texas.
