yea, it's either a trick deck or he is really really REALLY good with cards.. I guess you figured as much.

He doesnt put the card in the middle, he puts it in the back. If the guy picked a spades card, he would have eliminated say clubs and diamonds and blaine would have said "And I'll eliminate spades, all but your card".

It's a real simple trick actually, the most obvious of his at least... which isnt saying much :(
