That little break in the music at around the 1 minute mark is where he unplugs everything, thinks it's over, and checks the monitor again, only to find his face still there. Then he starts smashing everything he sees.
Everytime I get on the subway or something and I have this tune pumping down my earphones; I gotta think of the might-beens and I stay awkwardly vigilant about my surroundings... as if every second havoc will come around the corner. I can't help but think so many people are completely unaware of the kind of imminent dangers one can encounter in the urban jungle. We truly are numbed by affluence. Therefore: God save those poor people in Haïti, Iraq, Afganistan, Somalia for instance.

This was one of the funniest and most desparate scenes in the entire series. And the music was so fitting as well. Poor Baltar.
