@archienov In-scale in robot or vehicle mode? Either way, the answer is really no. Prime in robot mode would be way too big relative to Bumblebee, but in truck mode Prime is too small.

i reckon many older fans prefer a similar degign to 'g1' because it is what they grew up with so it what they know and have fond memeories as from when they were children, plus he does look alot better in his origional design althought the toy was wank.

But the difference is: when you see a movie based on anything else like Cartoons, Books, or Games, theres 2 things you have to rate: 1, does it captures what makes the Cartoons/Game/Book so great? and 2: Is it a consistent movie itself?Like The DaVinciCode. I read the book, it was far beyond anything i read so far...then i saw the movie. Hated it. Why? Not only cuz it didnt retains certain aspects from the book, but mostly because it was SLOW paced, boring, and dull.

So when it comes to Bay's TF, despite many fanboys deslike Optimus doesnt looks chunky like in the series...TF has funny acting, good script, great music, never-before-seen action sequences that just blow your mind.

And thats enough for it. My point is, despite your personal preferences, Bay's TF designs are far beyond acceptable, since it backups the idea of making the robots look believable. I played SEGA arcade when i was a little brat. I loved them. But now im happy enough with COD4, get it?

there is an easier way to transform the legs. In alt mode, after raising the hood and engine valve cover there is a platic tab at the back of the robot head that you swing down, it then presses a peg which loosens the front portion of the car/legs which you can now pull all the way out easier. this will also make transforming back to car mode easier to "uncollapse" the windshield and hood

I know the car modes of Bumblebee and Cliffjumper are a different scale from the Alternators/Binaltechs, but how do the robot modes look when compared with the larger Alternators/Binaltechs?

These are two characters were naturally smaller than everyone else anyways, so I don't think it wouldn't be unreasonable to pose these guys next to their larger predecessors. I think they certainly do look kind of awkward posed next to Alternity Prime and Megatron.

Just a note: The chest seems wider because the cam's lense "cheats" a bit... I suggest that you should bring the camera as far as possible from the figure, and use maximum zoom, that may do some justice...

to be honest, I would only get cliffjumper and bumblebee from this line to go with alternaters. they never got their got their own figures in that line (although a figure was planned for bumblebee) and the scale couldnt be too off (except maybe in the alt mode)

yeah, he weighs about the same as Alternity convoy. Like a lot of the discast is actually in the core, which is in the interior of the car, which isn't really accessible from the outside.
