Yeah Ryan's defenses were good, however the Eagles of the late 40's and 50's - the Suicide Seven were just as nasty if not more. Concrete Charlie, Wildman Willey, Bucko Kilroy, Piggy Barnes, Al Wistert, Wayne Robinson, the Raiders of the 70's had nothing on those guys!

As a Cowboy fan that puts a smile on my face when I see something like that when the Eagles got beat in the playoffs by those same Redskins. With Eagle fans, they talk like they are an elite organization historically but they don't have the Super Bowl rings to back up that talk like the Cowboys, Redskins, and Giants do.

I'll tell you why they lost the Super Bowl because Randal Cunningham couldn't do crap in the playoffs until he went to Minnesota. He couldn't beat Dallas in the playoffs and Dallas just completely owned them in 1992 and 1995 divisional game. Second, they had no running game when it came time to crunch time. That's why.

@GCube45,look what happened when Randall had an offense around him and they let him throw the ball with the Vikings. They were 1 field goal away from going to the Super Bowl. Too bad the Eagles never gave Randall a good offense around him. At least with McNabb they were able to get some players around him until they shipped his butt out to Washington this year. The Eagles are going to miss if Kolb doesn't step it up. After years of bitching and whining over McNab they will miss him.
