  • you should add nutrional labels to ur old vids too :P

  • How many grams of fiber does each cookie have? Trying to find out how many Weight Watchers points each cookie would count for. Thanks.

  • how can i make them chunchier?

  • I made a healthier version of chocolate chip cookies this year but one thing I did to make the cookies even healthier is I grounded flax and put it into the cookie mixture and you cant taste it. It healthy and gives fibre which is always good

  • I made these, they're pretty good, and waaaayy healthier than most cookies. They taste really yummy for breakfast!

  • can you start listing the amount of sugars along with the nutrition facts in the info bar please! thanks!

  • @TheTexV - If you watch any of my new videos, I have complete nutritional information on each one. They're much better quality in my opinion. Check them out if you haven't! Thanks for watching.

  • can u put exact measurments in

  • what are you using apple sauce as a substitute for?

  • can I just move in with you? we can bake and work out together, it'll be fun

    Thank you :3

  • stevia cookies.... sounds tasty if you enjoy eating toothpaste

  • is whole wheat pastry flour the same thing and regular whole wheat flour? if not, do you think using regular whole wheat flour would work with the cookies?

  • Whats the cooking difference between wheat flour and AP flour?

  • Good shit keep more videos comming

  • i fucking love you

  • is stevia bad for you?

  • @jbuzzell70 I think i read that people who suffer from kidney problems would have had problems anyway, however it would no doubt excelerate it..

  • Is soy milk unhealthy? I've heard many people say it is

  • @avendanoj213 I don't know for sure but from what I've read its not too great, especially if you consume a lot of soy products. Its been shown that something in the soy acts like estrogen and can possibly contribute to breast cancer in women or feminization in men. Idk how true that is but I drink Almond milk. Theres also the fact that soy is a GMO and we don't really know how that could effect us.

  • @avendanoj213- Soy milk can be unhealthy, In men that consume a lot of soy products such as soy protein or soy milk that increases their estrogen levels segnificantly. This is not good becuase it lowers the mens namtural hormone "testosterone". So to sum this up yes if you consume a heavy dosage or I forget what the specific dosage is than yes it can hurt your muscle building results. CJMFitness

  • @jbuzzell70

Yea I had done some research and I saw some of the same things. Supposedly it does increase your energy but I don't think I'll be needing it. Thanks for answering.

  • @leanbodylifestyle

Just wanted to know your thoughts on Creatine and Casein powder. Do you take it? When do you take it? And do you substitute the casein for a meal. This question is towards anyone else as well.

  • @Sooners4ever25 I don't speak for everyone, but I had my doc do some research for me on Creatine. It is naturally produced in your body. All it does is help store water in your muscles. It hardly helps with gains. And if abused or taken for longer than a month, it could cause your kidneys to fail. From experience I suggest you get some Protein Isolate because it is very pure and has low sodium and sugar levels. Then again its your choice just use wisely :-)

  • @Sooners4ever25 Oh and I do know somebody who had a kidney fail because of it.

  • has anyone tried these?!?! how were they?

  • @DollDisasterx i made these last night.....lets just say i will not make them again...the whole wheat pastry was over powering and definately not tasty..just go with the original cookies that are bad for you but eat in moderation..JMO

  • Whooo hoooo! I can finally have cookies with milk!

  • I'm going to make this as soon as I go the store

  • THANK U GEEZUS MICHEAL U R AWESOME

  • OMG fat man on a diet wet dream right here

  • @666Buryyourdead hahaha

  • Just made a batch, substituted the carob chips with unsweetened dark chocolate chips. Not the best cookies in the world but they will satisfy a craving for pastry sweets

so I think they serve the purpose of healthy alternative well.

  • I`m making these this week! LOVE it.

  • they dont look done

  • 3/4 a cup of stevia!??!?? just so you know stevia in the raw is NOT pure stevia! its mixed with maltodextrin or dextrose.to use for tea, coffee or baking. if you use 3/4 a cup of pure stevia it will equal about a gallon of sugar in sweetness! eeekkk!!!!!

  • @muncleike stevia in the raw its not pure stevia? wtf?

  • @SpartanKyuubi nope just google it, you can get pure stevia cheaper then this stuff, but this stuff is made to be equal is measure as sugar.

  • love it michael thank you seriously i can eat sweets now while i hit the gym, really, thanks

  • god dam that looks good!!

  • where do you buy those chocolate chips you have?

  • @thebuddy4729 You can get them at Bulk Barn

  • Your awesome

  • how would u suggest trying to get a little more protein in this things?? would adding some protein powder ruin them?

  • @spencerfitness Spread some protein icing on them!

  • What can I use as a substitute of the Apple sauce? I live in Spain and I can't find it. I'd love to try this recipe. Hope you can help me. Thanks and continue doing these great videos!

  • @Anakindis You can use baby food..or make your own apple sauce =)

  • @Anakindis - you can use baby food apples or you can microwave one apple in a bowl with a little bit of water for a few minutes, it gets soft like a potato and you can mash it yourself for home made apple sauce :)

  • never heard of carb chips before. and it actually looks pretty good too. defs gonna give this a shot

  • C is for cookie. Nom nom nom.

  • Where can I get the carrob?

  • carab chips taste like shit.

  • I have been waiting for this video for a long time! thank u dude! :)

  • How much sugar?

  • They look good, but you should bite or cut them to show us the inside ;)

  • I love your videos but I was wondering...

Do you always eat like this, with substitutes for milk, butter, sugar? Couldn't we eat normally, with recipes and ingredients full of flavors but in reasonable amount?

  • love it!! will make of those for sure!!

  • Om nom nomedy nom nom nom. Loooool

  • do the chocolate chips taste good?

  • @LuvPinkTwizzler no, they taste like bitter asshole.

  • Wow, much cheaper than buying already made cookies from the store.

  • I'm curious Michael. How would sugar cookies turn out? Would Stevia be the difference & have you experimented with it?

  • Mm they look good ima make SMe and how's the taste? Lol u forgot to say

  • Love the videos, Michael. Keep up the good work! :)

  • you forgot the vanilla extract in the video description.

  • Hey Michael :) Are you sick? You sound less motivated today, but maybe that's just me. Thanks for the video!

  • What is your fav breakfast meal? Thanks for all the vids!

  • om nom nom

  • looks good!

  • does it have to be pastry flour ??? or can i use something else ??

  • Great recipe. I like that it is for only 9 cookies because that will help to not eat too many, I know I could have 3 cookies for 3 desserts on 3 different days and then have them gone; no temptations lieing around. You're wise beyond your years. ;-)

  • whats the apple sauce for?

  • @PaintballGremlin apple sauce is a healthy replacement for butter in baking

  • @PaintballGremlin Applesauce is a great substitute in baked goods for fats and oils. It cuts down the fat and still helps the product remain moist.

  • @PaintballGremlin - It provides the cookies with some natural sweetness and keeps the cookies moist. It's kind of like a butter. The good thing is you can't even taste when they're cooked.

  • @leanbodylifestyle

what if we dont have whole wheat pastry?

  • Awesome!! so gonna give it a go, though i'm just curious.. are they crunchy or soft??

  • mmmmmmm cookiesssss

  • first thanks!
