The English on the original video is a bit hard to understand because it seems the uploader isn't entirely fluent in English, but basically it seems that the owner of the cat had some friends over, and the friends brought their small child over. The cat was afraid of the child (maybe the kid was being really loud or something), so it started making those defensive noises.
