  • @laurixtumix Love is not attachment or a fixation. It is to give, to serve. To love your thoughts is to pay them mind, to watch them. Burt is suggesting that such attention will eventually negate them, because such attention should allow you to realize that your thoughts and feelings are temporary and not you.

  • I have a doubt to clear. If we treat our mind like a kid and to show love to it, would it not mean that we are protecting our minds although you discipline your mind? In other words, can one overcome the mind when he nurtures his mind with love? I see this as developing a strong bond with the mind for personal strength. I would love to hear your clarification on this. Thank you Burt.

However, you're missing a major point in that we exist within a unified field as 'mind consciousness systems'.It is to STOP all thoughts, feelings and emotions/reactions. Apply self forgiveness within self honesty and breathe to release 'resonant mind patterns'. I have experienced great effectiveness with these tools.
