If you keep your oath, it appears that you will have to march straight into the government and defend the constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

If they officially suspend the Constitution due to martial law, then fly your American flags to show that the Constitution applies to your district because without it, there is no more just law.

It's not exactly secession, just peacefully declaring your rights.

He's using some pretty lousy examples to back up his position for being lawful to the Constitution. Hitler wasn't a US Citizen, so I don't really hold him accountable for not following our Constitution. As far as secession goes, the Southern states had no more right to secede than I do.

If you do some book work you'll learn that the main reason the south secceded was because of unfair cotton taxes from the north (ring a bell?). Texas always has the option to secessed. It was part of the agreement when joining the US. Other states do have the same option. Texas can also fly its flag at the same height as the US flag, and split into up to 6 states if the wanted.
