Cornwall is not English. Even in 1546 "Britaine is divided into four parts whereof one is inhabited by Englishemen, the other by Scottes, the third by Wallesmen and the fowerth by CORNISH peoples" - Polydore Vergil - plenty more quotes where that came from. See cornishnotenglish dot com

I used to know a donkey that would do that. It's something to do with smell, but it looks hilarious.
