Ms. Edwards, it really makes no sense to waste the time of the House voting for your resolution regarding Rep. West's comments. Democrats such as yourself need to be reminded that there is freedom of speech in this country, despite all the efforts of people such as yourself to preclude the Constitution with your Nanny-State Political "Correctedness." And tell your Minister colleague/ Angry Black Minister who wants to go home for Christmas there is a separation of Church and State, Xmas included.
