  • i want to see a fat man do this..this will give hope to the world

  • Nice work! Can't do a planche to save my life, myself.

  • Man, you're really built. I'm currently working on tucked planche and I use the same hand placement as you. I find it's easier on the wrists than hands foreword. After training my forearms are really sore, as if these are the muscles that are worked the most. My question is did you develop your muscular forearms mostly from doing planche?

  • @olivierhat In terms of forearms I don't think so, I think forearm development comes most from ring work, rope climbs and that sort of thing.

  • Damn boy, you keep that up, and ur gonna grow a blood blister where your neck used to be. Joking aside, good job and keep it up.

  • @9b8 Cheers mate

  • @Demus15 Cheers indeed! How is your training going these days?

  • Excellent work. I find I can't hold planche with this hand placement just yet. I need to improve upon it for rings!

  • I swear the only reason the video was ended was because you esploded o.o i mean DAMN LOOK AT THEM VEINS!!!!

  • @Dianitrix1 Haha Cheers

  • nice, you're almost doing a floor maltese!

  • @Vurlp I tried that once, luckily a well placed pillow in front saved my chin!

  • Yeah, I also found hands slightly wider than shoulder width with this particular hand position works well, I feel like you can get some extra power from pressing the hands together which is more dfficult at exactly shoulder width.

  • Very nice looks hands back seems much more difficult than sideways or to the front how long did it take you to get till you 1st got your planche

  • looks good, do u compete or just a hobby?

  • @tyranttbc69 Did first competition a month ago, very recreational tho. Mainly do it just cuz i enjoy it

  • do u compete or is this just a hobby? i think the hand placement looks, good

  • Comment removed

  • well done , good planche

  • Very good planche, maybe just slightly too wide, but thats my opinion.

  • for me the hand placemen is good , good width between your hand.

    looks good for me

this elbow strength come from ring training i guess

    well done

  • @speedyman290 Thanks speedy, rings is the shit!

  • @Demus15 word !!

how goes oyur planche on ring ?

    make a video :p

  • @speedyman290 Yeah going ok the straddle anyway is getting fairly solid. Spent a lot of time just doing tucks on rings in my warmup, seems to have helped a lot, might film one later in the week.

  • @Demus15 Great !

cant wait to see it !

  • @Demus15 you have a pretty good hand placement, but if you ever want to progress to planche pushups, it will be impossible to do it with ur fingers pointing backwards

  • dude, the veins in ur shoulders and arms are huge! looking pretty strong there, good stuff:)

  • @MrArbitrager Wat do u think of the hand placement? I'm not sure if it's too wide? That was the main purpose of the vid, just trying to find my most comfortable way to planche

  • @Demus15 Yeah I think the hand placement is good, also do it on parallel bars or parallettes, makes it easier on ur wrists. I've gotta start training planche on rings properly! It just seems so hard to progress from ball flat back to straddle on rings
