we stopped using ki-bons (combination of basic techniques) a few years ago. they were used in our club for the younger kids for their yellow tags and then 17 basic movements was used to go from 3 tags to yellow belt. they didnt pay full price for grading tho. there are some treasures in these old clips.

This is great. The combination ofbasic techniques they use at the beginning are one I still use today. It's great to see these old films!
