  • No,

It will build core strength, burn calories, and increase endurance....

  • will this workout item thicken the mid section?

  • It's by Power Systems see link below, hope this helps.

  • Hi, that weighted vest looks really good. I'd like to know the brand and model of that specific vest that you're wearing, please.

    Thanks.

  • i want to get ready for basketball and i want to jump higher and be faster should i get the vest or the ankle my coach said ankle but i want a second opion form you.....plz help ASAP

  • @blacknmild1000 Ankles are really bad, tell your coach he's an idiot. Unless you want your muscle tissue to tear away, use a vest. Or don't use anything at all and swim with sweat pants and sweat shirts.

  • I put 10 pound ankle weights on my arms and hike Camelback mountain here almost every day.

I also use a weighted vest. I'm sorry, but I think this guy's wrong about the arm weights. People hike up camelback mountain and they take 15 pound kettle weights, and swear by em!

My arms are huge now, with not one hint of an injury for the two months I've been using them. I'm going to ditch the ankle weights and start carrying kettle weights up. I am going to start at 15 pounds and work my way up.

  • ok, does the extra weight from the vest put extra strain on your knees? bad strain?

  • @cowboycountryboy555 It puts extra weight on them, but not bad strain. It's the same as having an extra 20lbs of upper body muscle, you'll be fine.

  • @cowboycountryboy555 It also depends on how you walk, or in my case, CLIMB. Use your leg, glute, and abdominal muscles, and you'll be fine.

If your back starts to hurt, then STOP!

  • you look gay

  • amazing hair

  • @wagon10 Totally agree, and the height of it was emphasized by the aspect ratio of the video. No doubt edited with Windows Movie Maker.

  • Cute butt

  • great video, this guy has the exact body i would like to achieve.
