cant you modify the mesh tp get rid of the hinges on his face?

and some litte details, i think theres a gold trim round the coal bunker that you missed, but im not sure. and the lms letters are bigger and more spaced. :)

Try coloring different parts different colors. Like make one part green, one part blue, one part brown etc. and use MSTS Shape Viewer to view the PM File in the editing section.
