  • @bigmuscleify Thanks for your feedback. I try to stay in shape and am not too bad for an old guy (67). Hope to be climbing trees when I'm 80... Ken

  • Ken,

You have the best gym in the world in m y opinion! Maybe I should get a bear puppet too as all my hikes and wildcamps are solitary. Could do with some company. I do take a little dog with me on occasions.

    Best wishes

    Sandy

  • I loved the connection between traditional exercise routines and the outdoors... any step can become a fitness oportunity... and just right here around the corner!! Thanks, Ken, very nice.

  • @Chikawaconroe You may want to look at my video on Primal Fitness . It shows traditional exercise that I videoed last year at Pace Bend Park. Ken

  • Does *watching you* lifting weigths in the woods count as exercise? ;)

I'm always enjoying your positve attitude in your vids, and that little bear is cute. :D

  • @GreyOwl8 Thanks! Your comments are much appreciated ~ Actually, watching people exercise has been shown to have positive health benefits! Yes! Even, just looking a pictures of the outdoors provides health benefits. Of course, the benefits are greater if you actually go outdoors.
