  • that (most likely, as nothing is certain in meteorology) is a downburst, imbedded in the rear flank down draft. This occurs usually moments from a tornado. And it was very likely from the scud motion and fractus structures. It seriously made me want to yell, "RUN! RUN!" lol. "Its developing right over you!"
