  • @minge9 only if you extend your range of motion. Most shoulder injuries come from going past 90 degree angles (relation of elbow and chest). All exercises are dangerous, but with proper form, they can all be effective with minimal stress to joints and muscles!

If you believe that it's all because of revolutionary training methods, then I guess good for you. Whatever keeps you motivated, but unless you too are taking illegal drugs, you are not going to look like this.

  • see this is whats awesome bout natural body building you get a nice lean defined look. Don't get me wrong, supplements are great and everything but it's not natural. I don't care what people say, when your shoving protein powder, creatine, animal pack, and pre- workout down your throat you not natural. People didn't need that way back to be healthy, and they certainly don't need it now. healthy diet, hard work, and rest...and maybe a multi vitamin, all you need.

    Maybe in your opinion its not natural, but the fact is: supplements are natural. It would be must more expensive to find and make enough food to fill the need of protein, just so scratch the surface :)

I can honestly understand protein powder, I get that supplement, but I think all the other stuff is really unnecessary. Personally I only take a multi-vitamin and fish-oil, I'm a ectomorph and that's worked great for me to build muscle.

  • @caocao0 From what "experts" say, 2 muscles in 45-60 mins. i work out 2 muscles in 90-120min, any less i wont feel as sore/satisfied, Chose what ever you feel makes you gain the most results cause every body is different.

  • @6Mandingo There is a big difference between touching your nipple and stopping at 1 inch to 2 inches from the chest. That extra inch does so much more. Even if you need to sacrifice pounds in your bench press, do it, in the long run, its so much better.

  • @6Mandingo I think you are supposed to bring it down so your elbows are 90 degrees. Everybody's arms are different and the wideness of the grip factors in as well. If you go down further than 90 degrees then you are straining the tendons (I developed tendonitis when I first started working out). The way they were doing it looked a little dangerous and slightly ineffective (going too low and moving too fast on the eccentric motion).
