It says right in the title of this video. It's the theme of Castle Pandemonium from Final Fantasy II, and that's how you are supposed to search for it.
Back in the early 1980's, the NES was at the forefront of technological home-console offerings. Sure, Arcade consoles could pump out more, but it was impossible to size down that sort of thing into a VCR-sized gaming system. (at that time)
Nintendo, and the Final Fantasy franchise in general, set much of the standard for what gamers today want to see in graphics, sound, and gameplay. Each new game offering a little more as technology evolved.
