First you say "sometimes you put in your mouth". Either they say yes, or they say no, or hesitate and look confused. You know then if it's a pencil or not (because you usually don't a pencil in your mouth)

If it's not a pencil then you say "the word starts with an S". If they say yes, you know it's the straw. If they say no, you immediately say "or something that kinda sounds like an s. a Z or a C. It's a C right? The word is Cigarette!"
