This film shows the German tramway in Danzig. When built, it was called the Danziger Strassenbahn. The main railway station in this city was originally called the Danziger Hauptbahnhof. Danzig has only been part of so-called "Poland" since 1945.
not exciting, unless your Mother worked on Jaskowa Dolina in the 1970's, and you travelled that route ocasionally as a 8-year old kid (and haven't seen Wrzeszcz since 1980).
Looking out the back window of a tram (probably 6, 12, or 15) going from the Klonowa stop to the Jaśkowa Dolina stop (just one stop up) in Wrzescz (Gdansk suburb) with the traffic on Grunwaldzka flowing on either side. Not exciting.
Is that the way that leads to the Politechnic of GDN?
When I was there I use to always take the tram to move from Wrzesz to the Stare Miasto, pa!
