I got another question: let's say that my "I'm not really good enough" belief was based on other people' opinion through years. Then I change that default basic belief so it becomes: "I am good enough" etc, or something similar. But then again as the time goes by, I get more of the same social effect of "not being good enough" that will eventually reactivate the old default belief, cause my new but old experience will again shape perception and so on... with the same result. Where is the change?
@everyoneSalegend Why do you look for instant results? Keep trying and living right and the right beliefs take a firm hold as a habit with time. TRUTH
@YtubeUserr You really like to play a role of therapist for no reason : ) You didn't answer my question, but it's alright, maybe you BELIEVE it's irrelevant. : ))
@everyoneSalegend Did it occur to you that i might not have understood the question? Role of a therapist - no :) As you change your belief system, either you will change the social setup that feeds the old beliefs or you will leave the social setup that feeds the old. I know from experience this is true. Once you change your beliefs, your environment, friends and social setups change like friggin magic!! Focus on happiness and well being instead of results and they will come automatically.
I don't understand something: why would I want to change my beliefs if those beliefs were shaped by accurate perception of the world (candle example), and if I learn something valuable based on that belief? As a scientist you have to check extreme cases to prove that some theory works. Take happiness for example.Sometimes it is hard to define what makes us happy, and how can you destroy default belief that could someday prove to be good for you, but now it is not? We should all think about that.
I took the basic and advanced course and have about fifteen hundred bucks tied up in PSYCH-K sessions and work shops now. It has been worth fifteen thousand !!! Modern psychology is looking in the wrong place, the answers are in our subconscious. It worked/works great for me and the 15 others who took the advanced workshop.

None of this is new at all. It may be repackaged to be user friendly to the average crowd who are not psych majors, but this is Psych 101.

@BushidoCode72 Wow! What a brilliant observation! LOL The real question is, "Are you (bushido) living your life in accord with your desires?"
