hmm... it mainly due to the fact that Oil is hydrophobic because of the fatty acids; therefore, when gravity pushes the water down, the force pulls the oil upward. Density did play a small factor, but it is not the main reason. Anyway, great job!! I throughoutly enjoyed watching this.
