Then they should talk about the fact that BLACK AMERICANS commit most crime in the U.S., how one third of BLACK AMERICAN males are in the correctional system, how BLACK AMERICANS are 4.5 more likely to be on welfare, or how half of BLACK AMERICAN males living in the inner city have a drug problem.
