@herowithpsp dude same. Though it dosen't really sound like a Guns N Roses album. I consider it to be an axl rose solo album released under the name Guns n Roses. But still, either way, the quality of music on Chinese Democracy is awesome. I was lucky enough to see Axl and his band (that he calls Guns N Roses) last year in December when they came to Australia=AMAZING NIGHT!!!

After listening to the song again, I have to say I am starting to think it's real too. I am still not that convinced, but taking the old leaks in consideration and how they sounded, I do think it's real. Possibly maybe :-)

This is Axl Rose, 100% Its his non-raspy voice. This was recorded during the earlier years od the Chinese Democracy sessions, when his voice wasnt at its strongest.

Look forward to their next record man, Chinese Democracy had some great stuff (and a couple I didnt like) but this DJ Ashba fella is good.

Axl confirmed that there was no song labeled checkmate he said that it is called jackie chan however jackie's nickname is the general so this song is the general.

Looks like he's acting a general in a movie or something, that's why they call him the general. Not because it's his nickname. In the pics where he's in regular clothes they call him just Jackie.
