Its about a kid who gets thrown into an asylum after being wrongly accused of murdering his classmatesvwhere he learns he has some abilities. There is blood and gore, there was a scene that they ripped a guys eyeball out, kinda freaked me out a bit :p

@brodoman16 No it's just a dark anime. The anime itself isn't that emo. The story is about a boy who is falsely accused of mass murder and gets sent to privately owned Prison called Deadman Wonderland. There he becomes a "deadman" so the lyrics are being more literal than they are emo.
