  • Hey! this movement split fron the Venus progect .I do not trust Peter Joseph! Check if you do not believe . :)

  • Closed minded TV induced illusions of ego based fears is all wrapped up with DESIRES devoid of basic life promoting NEEDS.

Erect a reenforcing mesh that fits with a balloon structure for the shell of a house.

Blow up the balloon and poor in concrete and let it dry.

Let out the air and remove the balloon structure and you have a concrete shell of a house.

If the shell model becomes popular, reuse the balloon on a other site.

Same technique can be used for basement cold storage rooms.

    Do good.

  • Freemasons/Illuminati created the New Age Movement. (Manley P. Hall, 33°, Alice A. Bailey, Helena Blavatsky, Albert Pike 33°, Emanuel Swedenborg, ect...) It was New Agers that created the Zeitgeist films. You guys really trust Jordan Maxwell? Watch "Zeitgeist REFUTED & DEBUNKED! (Religious Portion)". The fact they they purposely LIE, and grossly twist the facts should give them away as well. If your seriously looking for truth, don't stop at Zeitgeist. Do your homework, and don't be deceived.

  • join the zeitgeist BOINC project !

    search for it !

  • Burn the money Zeitgeist Forward & post it to youtube protest drive. Example: search ' Zeitgeist Forward Burning Money Protest Ed 1st '. What's a few minutes and some currency for a good cause? It's also a good pschological & spiritual break from this commercialism/materialism conditioning idolatry infecting us all. Burning some currency is good for the soul. The future is NOW.

  • This is the only right way to go. We either evolve beyond or antiquated beliefs or we will die. It's that simple.

  • Need to add that the 'waste' that natural capitalism causes is the waste of a diverse system. And certainly you can 'try' to get around that by using some form of central planning and socialism, but then you have no diversity. Yet Life shall always require diversity to survive bottlenecks and thus waste is part and parcel of Life. Long live capitalism; long live Life.

  • The first zeitgeist film was quite informative. This film is psuedo-science. It makes assertions and generalizations based on the uncontrolled experiments of civilization. for instance, blaming money, when problems are also linked to the way money is (ab)used in our system and to unrestrained corporate charters. Many of the ills ascribed to money herein, didn't exist prior to the late 1800's when corporations were unleashed. This film simplifies the problem in order to SEEK fault in money itself

  • Have you researched peak oil? Do you understand that scarcity based systems based on finite resources will always collapse and many people will always die as a consequence?

  • I agree, however, they also describe why corporations tend to follow the self interest trends that they do. The bottom line is our society is based on a competitve playing field, rather than a cooperative one. It only produces winners and losers rather than coexistence and mutual benefit. It is truely an outdated social structure.

  • The fault is not in money itself, but the mentality that is perpetuated today throughout our cultures. However, with the right mentality, there would be no need for money at all. The distorted mental concept of ownership is one of the biggest problem producers in the history of mankind.

  • Peter does a bi-weekly radio address on the Zeitgeist homepage. He often spends 90 minutes or so answering peoples' questions. Please share this info with those interested as well as here on youtube.

  • And by the way, the idea that Fresco "gave" you is worth tons. What have you contributed?

  • And what idea is that? To sit around in our automated plastic houses while machines do everything for us? Or maybe to expect people to act morally when there's no law and no consequences. Mr. Fresco lives is a fantasy world and has no real idea of how society works. He has no education in social structures, human behavior, or law. What makes him such an expert on these subjects? Do me a favor. When the time comes, drink the Kool-aid.

  • Devilock79: You clearly don't understand the movement. And you never answered my question re: your IP address??? If you are not interested in the movement than go back into the matrix and have your steak.

  • Devilock79: You're an idiot. Did you notice that Peter doesn't allow any advertising on the zeitgeist homepage??????????

  • I'm an idiot? Hmm...I noticed Peter doesn't allow people to criticize "his" movement because hes afraid if anyone actually stopped and thought about what he's saying they would realize he's full of shit. I also noticed his mods lock threads and block ip addresses if they don't like what's being discussed. This is the freedom they want to give us? By the way, I went to your page and you don't have ANY important information to share with ANYONE. And you have the nerve to call ME an idiot?

  • Devilock79: So I assume that you are a member of the ZM forum? From what section of the forum was your IP blocked? Which thread? As far as Fresco charging money to tour his home, who cares? Do you know how old he is? He needs to eat too, right? How bout this - don't tour his home and don't ask for a picture, then you'll have given him none of your money. Peter talked about murder. His main point is that these people will studied, not left in a cell to rot. Yes, that includes being detained.

  • take your zeitgeist and shove it

  • @KeithTruth << I've seen your video, and you blocked me from posting...

This world is powered by money and as I recall greed is one of the 7 deadly . The goal of the Zeitgeist Movement , and Venus Project is a world with out the evils of money.... Yet your video says a world with one form of money is evil.... We have Gluttony covered as well... Maybe the fast food is bring the end of the world ...Maybe Ronald MCdonald sold sold his soul to let how to make his secret sauce...

  • You really are a brainless sheep. Did you even research anything about Mr. Fresco before blindly following everything he says? I assume you didn't know he created Revell model company then sold if for a substantial profit. I wonder how much he gets from his shares in that company. He also gets a military pension for the work he did for the U.S Army. So tell me again why this man needs even more money?

  • we need to know how to advertise this through the media

the only way to beat them is through media

  • This so-called "movement" is nothing more than someone's power trip. I joined the ZM forum out of genuine interest in the subject but when I began asking questions about many of the issues raised my ip address was quickly blocked by the site. The ZM does not want you to think, or ask questions. They want you to follow blindly and to give them your money. This is a farce and I pity anyone foolish enough to be pulled in by it. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE AND DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

  • "to give them your money"

Anyone can go on the ZM forum and see that is a blatant lie. Ive checked and they are not asking for money

You can take whatever ideas you relate with and discard the rest, and if ZM is not your cup of tea you dont have to discard 'all' ideas if some make sense.

What are these questions that you think caused you to be blocked? I am curious to know

  • Some questions I asked were why Mr. Fresco was charging $200 a pop to tour his home or why he was asking for $100 for four autographed pictures of himself. Other questions had to do with his new society such as what do we do when someone goes around murdering people because he/she has a serious mental illness. It would be hard to deal with them with no police. The ZM is based on Mr. Fresco's ideas and so to me the two are very closely connected.

  • @Devilock79 The ZM is the the activist wing of the TVP, TVP=the venus project. And i agree with you, for someone that believes that the montary system is 'evil' seems to be making some money for it, they also sell books and DVD's which also doesn't make sense to me. It is like saying you don't believe that apples are not healthy then asking for people to send you apples

  • @nick01477 sorry I made a typo, It is like saying that you belive that apples are not healty but asking people to send you apples.

  • I am so setting up a foundation to get even a little step closer to a resource based society.

If it takes 20 years...so be it. I couldn't really think of a goal that's worth more living.

  • We have to learn about the ways that guide us to this common goal

    A BETTER WORLD

  • We know the ways...what we must find is the way to stay unit and dont let the ones who need to stop that ,divide us and put us in to fear to control us.

We need to get rid of fear or anyone that try to control us by impose us in a state that aloud hes profit up on the profit of the human spiece as ONE UNIQUE CONSCIENSE.

    PS-Sorry for my grammar....

a big hug to you fellow human

  • We have to act with willpower.

  • Illuminat, and NWO, run things, exist and are very real, 4 years researching them and I would be my life on it but they have nothing to do with Zeitgiest, religion holds us back, always has and creates misery and poverty for the rest. I see so much evil from our leaders. I hope a god punishes them sometime or at least evens the playing field.

  • The indians knew how to live the right way.

  • All of these problems are the result of government interference into our economies, not laissez-faire capitalism.

  • Amen.

  • The only issue that I don't see addressed sufficiently is what people will do with themselves. While volunteering a little to help supervise the agricultural machines sounds interesting, many of us really like to put our hand in the dirt. Then there those who like to tinker hands-on with machine, possibly creating anomalies unknown to the central computer system, etc. I'm not sure everyone can be satisfied with a life of recreation. What will people do with themselves. Still good, *****.

  • Maybe a 2 day work week can serve as transition, you would have more time to spend with your family, learn, teach, start projects with other people with similar insterest. We would probably need common goals such as space exploration, fighting disease, etc

What I wonder is what they mean by "no politician", I hate politicians as much as the nex guy but I want transparency and democracy, who will be choosing?

An the corporate elite, mafia etc will either fight this hard or may highjack it

  • I don't know what you mean about transparancy, but I have to disagree with you on democracy...

When you say that you want democracy, my friend you didn't even have it 'till now if you "had" then pls tell me;did u vote for the space program, did u vote for the war or did u vote for that bridge to be built. I am sorry but democracy never existed, doesn't exist and never will.

  • @zikol1122 Do know the resources it would take to vote for every single issue? Even if you take money out of the factor, it would still take time and people to put this together. And if you use, technology such as computer can muniplated by hackers and thus resulting in false results. Do you trust a somebody text voting to decide whether or not that should have been made? To have everyone vote on every single issue is impratical.

  • @nick01477

I don't know if I've understood correctly, but I think that you're implying at how things will be governed. Ok. In a RBE there would be a cybernated system(web of super-computers) which would apply the scientific method to solve problems. And sometimes for some problems when the sc. method couldn't be applied, we would resort to direct democracy. You are right that it would take time and ppl to establish this system. Jacque Fresco said if the world agreed on RBE that it would take..

  • @nick01477

...10 years to redesign our world. But you see the problem isn't building and assembling. That's the easy part. The tough part is to adjust the culture. To show teach them sustainable values and value system so they could live in a world such as RBE. And that takes time. Hackers, ok. I think peter joseph adressed this that there would be a much redundant and secure system. But, really, why would you hack the system that feeds you? If you have access to the necesities of life, why?

  • @zikol1122 First of all to Answer your 1 question, yes people would hack a system that feeds them, it happens all the time, if there is something they could gain (even without money, i can think if things people would want to gain) then they would hack the system. When you say 'apply scientific method to solve problems' do you mean, that the comp, would indentify that a bridge needs somewhere and start building one? I can think of implications to that as well.

  • @nick01477

Mate you ask good questions, but atm i can't answer them because I have to review the material to find the answer to your question and to remind myself about the tenets of TVP. So i'll talk to u later. Peace.

  • @zikol1122 Im gald you dont take everything this video has to say as gospel :)

  • it is a SHIT TON better than the system we have now. there will never be a perfect system. if you have not watched the full video, please do so. a resource based economy will actually GIVE people with sufficient education and understanding the tools to tinker hands on and so forth.i would rather the human race move forward and a few people be bored, than go extinct. spread the word on the movement!

  • My system is close.

  • One critique I have of a group of Zeitgeist followers is their almost fanatical hatred for Religion

Although there may be disagreements I dont think its very good for The Zeitgeist Movements public relations to alienate Religious people.

Need to be a little more subtle.

  • This video hardly mentions religion.

  • I mean some of the Zietigest followers.

  • In fact, throughout the entire Zeitgeist Movement Orientation presentation, 'religion' is mentioned only once and in the first few seconds of this video:

"The Zeitgeist movement is not a political movement. It does not recognize divisionary notions such as nations, governments, races, religions, creeds or class"

How much more subtle do you want?

  • religion is bad.......what's so hard to understand, it's highly manipulative...

it's not against god, maybe there is a creator, but religion is bad and people need to think about this...

  • i'm starting to agree religion is bad..i use to be a hardcore christian...

  • kachu11:

You are falling for the Illuminati Agenda.Religion has been infiltrated but Zeitgeist is Illuminati propaganda. The NWO, is about a false utopia. High level masons created Zeitgeist.Christianity is not a deception, only the dogmatic and superstitious claims added by the mainstream churches.

  • Great video..thanks!

Imagine changing the human work order to "Clean the Planet". Everyone would have a job.

  • If we give LaRouche a chance that is exactly what we would do. The thing is we have a crisis. The international financial system has collapsed. The system must be replaced, in order to do anything about the environment LaRouche is the master of physical economy. Listen to LaRouche at LaRouchepacdotcom

  • Well the people seemed to want Ron Paul in office yet he's no where near the oval office these days. I say we need a workaround. Something to put in place that usurps this worthless government. Let them go on thinking they run the show even while we rebuild...hope

  • MAybe the best thins would be to go back to the tribe world.. but it was a lot of trouble then too.

There will alway pop up smartasses with bad intentions unfortunately.

  • JESUS IS ABIG JOKE

  • This is basic economic theory, & common sense. I choose to live conservatively, consuming very little energy or products & recycle everything as corporations rape our earth. I hope that with the new technology, & leaders, those things will be able to be recycled as non-poluting energy & that people will start to consume less, I hope!

  • thy are pure anarchy...in the good sense of the concept....Money is not our god!....like the Killing Joke song says....

  • Love it, learn it, live it! I can't wait to start getting further in my engineering education so I can help with this.

  • i am in love with this, they just reaffirmed my beliefs of life.

  • ( :)

  • very true... the reptilians have been directly responsible for how we think and function on this planet... although zeitgeist addresses 3-dimensional problems it does not mention the greater picture reality the we live in and directly influences us witch includes our cosmic origins, extraterrestrials, our real earth history(atlantis & lumeria), hidden free energy tech., dna manipulation and numerous 'other' issues witch must be looked-at in order to understand our problems and fix them...

  • also i believe the #1 issue on the planet is ET disclosure cause once people find out the truth about human appearing ets and others then we will all be on the same page instead of fighting with each other and worrying about mundane silly issues such as religion, money, competition, race and tv... we will then have to focus on how to rebuild our lives based on the true nature of reality(not the current illusion) and unity in order to emerge as a galactic society into the greater community.. > )-

  • BabybooR33: well said! I am convinced that we are not alone in this universe, and that there are thousands of other, more advanced civilizations than our own.

I also imagine that there is some sort of galactic federation of planets, if you will. Furthermore, I believe that if we are ever to become a part of this organization, we need to fully unify here on Earth!

So many say that something like the Venus Project is impossible. I say that it MUST be done if we are to move forward!

  • geminigemini: I think MagnaCarta2015 is referring to earlier Zeitgeist presentations, particularly the first one in which religion IS a prominent topic.

As for myself, I think one needs to consider separating "spirituality" from organized "religion." There is nothing wrong with believing in a universal power, a universal structure which binds everything together. Whether one calls it "God" or "science" shouldn't matter...it's all the same in the end.

  • The solutions are still the same.

  • /watch?v=JNcLKbJs3xk

this is a recent video from the TED conference. it's a gathering of scientists and philosophers who speak to one another and share ideas. this particular video talks about how technology will dwarf the economic crisis... and it's actually a good presentation. just thought people should know that we're not the only ones who feel this way.

  • It talks about the banksters too.

  • This is awesome! I think there will be a lot cynical people that will state why this system is not perfect. For those people I will say that you are right. This is not perfect, but it is a lot better than what we have ever seen before. This would be a step in a direction that is inclusive to all humanity. Not just a particular race, or socio-economic class.

  • No, no it's not.

A Socialist Technocracy is a better solution?

Leaving our ability to legislate and govern ourselves up to an artificially intelligent super computer that is controlled by 5% of the world's population?

    No. Fucking. Way.

Socialism is a stepping stone to communism, (which IS the agenda) despite its benevolent intentions. The Zeitgeist movement is the beginning of the human culture as depicted in WALL-E.

This movement -is- an idea - but not the best one.

  • I think the essence of what's presented is the monetary sysem needs to be eradicated. Commerce is not about the progression of humanity. Its about profit, and humanity takes a back seat within our economic structure.

The movement is trying to present a way for people to function in a world without money.

When I think about the percentage of people that run the world, its pretty small already. The biggest challenge of something like this is transitioning out of the monetary system.

  • I agree money has become a medium for slavery to endure in our modern times, and that a world without it would be transcendent.

I think the challenges lie in the execution of this plan, it's maintained integrity, and it's supposed integrity to begin with.

We're already way too dependent on technology!

How do we maintain society when the machines responsible for our ENTIRE livelihood fail? We would be 10 times worse off than we are facing a collapse now.

    ZG = Not good enough.

    ZG =

  • I agree that the tough part of the movement is implementation. However, if its implemented, Im optimistic about the progression that the world can have.

I think we all fear what we don't understand. If everyone was educated on how the technology is leveraged to raise the standard of living, that will take the mystery out of the process and people would be more receptive.

The colapse we face now is due to greed and human error. Technology plays a role only because it is often misused

  • "This movement -is- an idea - but not the best one."

Please enlighten us what is the best one then.

  • no one knows what the best one is. that's the point. forever striving for perfection, but never achieving it. it's a very arrogant idea to think you or anyone has the perfect answer.

  • nickwatchesthis,

Well said, it's refreshing to occasionally stumble across someone that seems to genuinely get it.

  • If I knew, I wouldn't be arguing about it on the internet - I'd be enacting it :).

But I'm working on it... I'd like to integrate the Venus Project with my work, which is more organically based than technological.

If we use our inventiveness to apply the ideas of the ZG movement in a less tech-dependent way, I'd be more satisfied. The Resource based economy is a great idea though.

I'm just saying lets not put all our eggs in one basket. Let's continue to think critically and develop this.

  • Sorry to double post...

I really want to see some real progress made in the way people treat one another and how they SEE the world, see power, see wealth and see what really has worth.

Like, air, water, food, health, a home, family, friends, love, learning, creation, travel, energy..... Am I missing anything big?

The world has changed so quickly but the way we see it really hasn't kept up. We have great power, but less than great philosophy.

One last thought, why only 800 plus views? Sad.

  • Last two posts were great, you guys give me hope, when hope feels like such a luxury these days.

Just now, I was having a smoke and watching someone collecting cans at 7:30 in the evening and thinking, this really is wrong. This shit can't keep going on.

Something that really hits home in this video is how we are being made obsolete, day by day. Do those who run the world not see that? Do they also not see the tragedy to come if people have NOTHING to do?

Maybe that is how the world ends.

  • Not at all mate, check this out:

    /watch?v=8y7zobJ7ZPc

  • RealPlaya9

I feel you man... Maybe you didn't get my meaning.

If things continue as they are now, and we keep getting replaced by computers, there will very few people needed in most businesses, in which case, how do we make money. in turn, how will those businesses sell anything?

I didn't mean people wouldn't work or do anything for the world or one another. What I mean is, if the system stays in place as is, this system will explode. Continued Above ^

  • Could we fix it before it all goes to crap?

All that Zeit' proposes will take time and technology. Technology will have to improve (when money it taken out of the equation, of course) before we can see all this automation take over.

It's in this automation that would allows us to live as Zeit' proposes.

We are not expendable yet, kind of. As workers and mostly consumers. Overseas, people are making more money, they are the next target of big business. Which will leave us screwed for a time.

  • See, as it is right now, something is wrong with the formula but the poor and middle class will be the first ones to see how very damaged the system is.

You know that saying, "There's a sucker born every minute." This has allowed the system to go on as long as it has.

Just like now. Everyone will forget how bad things have gotten and build again. When money is pack in the system, those on top pull the plug and crush the system, buy a few more companies and start it all over again.

  • I dunno dude, why would u wanna sell anything? I wanna see the world. That is a lifetime in its self.

  • I know that a world without money will probably not happen during my lifetime. but I do know this, if people like me and others around the world pick up on this, I think humanity in the long run will be a lot better off. This needs to happen. A 5000 year old doctrine of barter/trade and scarcity needs to end for Humanity to grow as a species.

  • Well said! We have to start making it happen, and maybe we can atleast see the beginning of it.

  • It's like waiting for Obama health care plan to take effect. I need health care now but it will be some time, if ever, that I will get good health care and a reasonable price.

The robot doctors will not come on line fast enough for me. And this is just my situation... What about the billions of others.

I don't say this to discourage, as I said, great seeds but right now, we need action that will get something solid in our stomachs, health within our life time. We need a mind shift first.

  • MoJoSB: I like your last thought: "we need a mind shift first"! How true! Attitude is a tremendous part of how we perceive and live our lives.

At the moment, transitioning to a world as envisioned through The Venus Project seems so...impossible, but we have to do it. We cannot continue as we are; our children will simply inherit a corrupt, skeletal world.

We also must consider our destined place in the universe...something else to think about.

  • I know... I feel it more and more every day...

We have to make roads that led to this and we have to start soon.

Hell, we have to start at least caring about each others well being first.

I'm not giving up and I hope many of you feel the same.

  • I think you can all relax. Those in power today will not give up what they have easily.

Even those of us with a crappy life, find it hard to imagine a world without money or a standard JOB or living without debt. Living for each other, for our brothers and sisters in this world. It will come hard.

I really love what this movement is trying to do, I just think we need to hammer out most of the dents in our society now.

It's a chicken and egg thing. These are great seeds being planted... CONT.

  • They don't have to give up what they have. Just like we don't have to buy what they're selling ;)

  • This is awesome!

  • 1. What country are you talking about? And why do you call that country successful? That implies that other countries are less successful. Isn't it much better if every part of the earth is just as successfull?

    2. You are saying that without the money system there would not be people that want to make food. That's completely irrelevant because machines will make food. People will do whatever they feel like, and aside from recreation that will be improve the automation processes of the world.

  • In your last line is a bit of truth: You, would not know what to do when the vision of this video comes true. And that's not something you should be ashamed of. Millions of people worldwide will have trouble understanding the new way of life. But it's better for everyone, eventually you will see that.

  • you sound scared, fear has got the best of you.

  • Are you kidding, right?

  • GREAT!

  • Those that marked this as spam should be ahsamed of themselves.

This comment attacks no one, and only points our errors. Trying to shut someone up because they are asking questions is a traitorous act to your own kind. For if we never asked questions ourselves, we would never have gotten this far.

Never be afraid to question the ones you respect, follow, care for, and especially your own beliefs. For no one is perfect, and it would be a shame if people were lead to believe that someone was.

  • competition is primitive and a real advance civilization favors co-operation over 'ego-competition'... if u had %100 of your dna re-activated u would never need competition/survival mode thinking to live a spiritually happy life... i think our planet has gone too far with competition, just look at the state its in now and the problems we r facing, lets try co-operation for a change n see how things go from there shall we..? competition is not 'natural' for us.. we had our dna manipulated thats y
