I have 2 issues with your video, 1st: the user track you play while driving sucks ass, get some better music idiot. And if you jump out of the car before it hit the water you will see a little cut scene moron.

1) The songs that I do when I'm driving, are songs that I like and that pleases me.

2) Since this game isn't drowned, this mission can be completed in this way.
