@PowerTheDarkness well you can use testingcheatsenabled true and shift click a sim to add that sim to your household, but I believe that this may not be possible with the grim reaper anymore because a patch released pretty early in the game's history made it impossible to woohoo with grim. Thus, I'm guessing he's a complete NPC now.

u just made the babies parents very black(skin color) and when the baby was born it had the most black skin color like his parents!u just killed someone and grim reaper came,killed and came to the babies room and started to take care after the dark skin baby!!!!!

@lpslove024 It is possible, I have done it myself. You just have to get the grim reaper into your family. I did this by killing about 5 sims so he stayed a while, then I made him and my sim become best friends. I asked him to join a band with my sim. Then I could get him to meet up with my sim and added him to active household. Then they had a baby

This can happen if someone dies on your lot and the grim reaper appears. If you use the testingcheatsenabled true cheat, you can drag the relationship bar with him up, then just do a romantic move to make him your lover, then drag it up until try for baby is available, then voila

you can not add death to your family any more i dont think i tried and i couldnt even have a child with him i even "tryed for a baby" in bed with him. you cant make a prego teen either sims has fixed some of there cheats sadly.
