  • Emperor Palpatine, Moff Jerjerrod, Admiral Piett, Darth Vader (before), Captain Pellaeon, Osvald Teshik and Colonel Dyer dislike

  • This brings tears to my eyes because it's so magical and it's the last song of the original trilogy!

  • write rainy mood in youtube and play this song and the mood together perfect :)

  • Am i the only person who thinks they can hear the Trololol guy at the very beginning before the main tune starts?

  • @Sintakhra

    Yes

  • This must be the happiest piece of music in the universe.

  • My school was closed today, so I played this song in celebration :D

  • i had this in my head what we got ride of that butf@#ker osama and when we got john howard out of our hair

  • I watched this when I found out SOPA had been pulled. LONG LIVE THE INTERNET!

  • @StormPeakProduction funny because i had to write a letter to congress about SOPA.... now i'm fucked

  • The sith empire will rise again!

We shall not be defeated this time!

  • When I watched episodes 1-6 in a row, this song was just the perfect ending. It was the saddest departure from the second greatest fantasy creation in history. The things I would do to just stay in that world...

  • @Frolkolk

its amazing how awesome the star wars movies are apart from other films, I mean I feel bad for even counting star wars as films, they are something more for me.. and the music is just brilliant.. its a perfect soundtrack for a perfect ending.

  • Yub Nub or Victory Celebration?

    It doesn't matter.

    We won.

  • My opinion to George Lucas retiring from blockbusters.

  • I'll be playing this tune quite loudly once the SOPA bill is defeated.

  • Is there a version without the silly effects and ewok chanting?

  • this shall be my funeral song

  • I love that song. That reminds me the good friendship the characters had in all the episodes and the hope they had to have peace again.

  • Dislikes? I don't want to live on this planet anymore...

  • World greatest Saga , Best Movie of the world <3

  • I love this, I love star wars.

  • Ewok rave!

  • I love this scene and the music, and it brings a tear to my eye. I understand your feelings allldin, and this is emotional as it's the final Star Wars episode.

  • Everything was great!

And then Hayden Christensen appeared and I think I turned to the dark side.

  • actually crying listening to this. Forever a Star Wars fan :')

  • love it

  • Hahaha when i kept reading peoples commets about Yub Nub i thought it was some crazy jedi >.<....... hangs his head in shame.......

  • I've played this song after we beated our high school rivals last night

  • I was actually devestated when I found out that this music wasn't in the original ending. I first watched the 1997 editions and they're the ones I'l always like best. Even the odd music in Jabba's palace is great to me...

  • @satmandoo same here....

    the 1997 versions are underrated.

    Jabba being consistent.

(in the original ANH he was human, then suddenly an alien in ROTJ)

(whereas he is alien in both in the 1997)

    and it has this song.

    which frankly destroys "Yub Nub"

  • @Lostprophetzzz I'm afraid you are mistaken. In the theatrical cut of ANH, the scene between Han and Jabba was not present. The scene with the human actor playing Jabba which you are referring to was intended for the original cut but with the human replaced by stop-motion animation, and the scene was cut in postproduction because it wasn't adding anything. The scene was not present in any released cut of ANH prior to the CG Jabba in 1997.

  • @satmandoo I agree completely. This song feels happy and like you've just accomplished something. The Yub Nub was boring, in my opinion, and I kept on saying to myself, "This is cool and all but when will it play the victory music?

  • this sucks! yub nub is the only TRUE star wars saga ending.

  • @Eebra

maybe Yub Nub is the original ending but Victory Celebration, at least for me, has more feeling than yub nub, and it fits more for the ending

  • @Eebra Yub Nub doesn't fit the ending at all. This is much better, and much more fitting.

  • @Eebra Yub Nub was shit. didn't feel climactic, didn't feel celebratory,

    just felt awkward.

  • this will play at Obama's funeral

  • @dragovin08

Oh god, that is messed up, but I find myself loling at the same time

  • 0:10 is that trololol????

  • This is what they will play at Nick Griffin's funeral

  • 8 people were imperial troops in the shield generator base.

  • I'm playing this at a Christmas party! ;)

  • whats kind of dumbass talks about anything elss but starwars in a stawars Vid

  • So much better than Yub Nub.

  • @1BLOOD1COLD I agree there shouldn't be an episode VII because even though a bunch of fans seem to want it. If it got made though those same people would get pissed of and say stuff like "It's the worst thing to happen since the holiday special or the prequals." and "Lucas you raped my childhood....again!"

  • @pridakfan253 Actually, That depends. I'd much frankly would like to see movies made from books dating from 6-10 ABY.... Courtship of Princess Leia, for example, would make a killer film, I think.

  • WHo can hear kids at 0:55 ?

  • @Silv3rDrag You must be on crack. It's James Earl Jones singing

  • @WondersNassiri Eh....I need to read more on this music then

  • @Silv3rDrag Who can not hear that? LOL, sounds nice, too!

  • how awesome... wow good times...

  • @1BLOOD1COLD I genuinely love that you don't think the Star Wars movies have been ruined yet. I don't share your sentiment, but I love that you have it.

  • @1BLOOD1COLD True, Lucas said that he first planned to kill Solo, and make Leia queen of Naboo and leaving Luke alone. That's where 7,8 and 9 goes on, with 9 killing the Emperor. But after the great succes of Raiders of the Lost Ark, Lucas changed his mind and made the Ewoks, still defeating The Emperor and letting Solo alive. He said that people wanted happy ends, not miserable. I thank Lucas for his change of mind! He made the best Trilogy ever

  • this song is playing in my head as i start up the Old Republic's beta

  • Class of 2015! play this at graduation!!!

  • WHAT DOES OST MEAN ?!

  • @nachomanden19 it means moose. and also dinner.

  • @nachomanden19 Oligosaccharyltransferase

  • @nachomanden19 LOL, it stands for "Original Soundtrack".

  • @nachomanden19 Original Sound Track

  • I played this when Osama Bin Laden was brought to justice.

  • @SebiStudios2 Awesome comment. I should've played this as well. Oh well. Hail! Bin Laden is dead!

  • when i kill loads of people they turn 'good' before i die i want this played at my funeral.

  • I like and don't like this song because we feel the meaning : "it's over, the good guys won."

  • 8 people were Imperials who were killed in the Battle of Enoder and had their helmets stolen and used as drums.

  • What kind of idiot..wait, I'm not funny.

  • @Randomlevel6 hahaha maybe not but that was

  • What kind of idiot writes a comment about unpleasant comments instead of marking them as Spam and just enjoying the music?

  • Everytime i hear this music, i always think of C-3PO dancing with that Ewok! :D

  • I want an Ewok :( I would love the little guy to death.

  • listen closely 0:11 - 0:17 trololo guy

  • This song reminds me when I first saw The Phantom Menace all the way to Return Of The Jedi:)

    I Love Star Wars

  • @MrECW94 What a coincidence. I just got done marathoning the movies myself.

  • @GreatFox42 me too! weird ;D

  • @0RandomPersonMarcus0 Perhaps it's not as weird as one may think.

It was my first marathon to be honest, and I remember that the finale scene had a bit of a stronger impact than I remembered it having for ROTJ, or the entire Original Trilogy for that matter.

Perhaps this enhanced sense of completion felt was shared by others, made us appreciate the song even more, leading us to look for it here on YouTube.

  • @GreatFox42 Yes, thats mainly it, you see i like to buy the soundtracks to all the movies i watch. Yes, it's a bit OCD but never mind, but i like to listen to them on youtube first, i do it with Doctor Who too!

  • 1:35, Now , it's like to feel the end of this long epic story(all episodes):)

  • esta cancion la tengo k tocar en musica con la flauta madremiaa!!

  • Lybian Celebration song

  • I wish they played this for my birth...my death will do :'

  • This song brings tears to my eyes cuz it reminds me of the last scene in Star Wars...

Only true fans can understand my feelings here

  • @allldin

I am by no means a Star Wars fan, but this music brings me to tears.

I prefer this version over the original because from this one, I can feel the joy of freedom restored by the courage of the brave heroes, and of those who have fallen in battle; a goal achieved through years of hardship and pain.

IMO the tune of Yub Nub did not fit the scene where the souls of the Jedi appeared before Luke. This music tells us that Anakin can now be at peace, and for Luke to continue the legacy.

  • @allldin I cried like a pussy D:

  • @allldin Amen, brother.

  • @allldin true fans know the ewok song is the true song for the final scene

  • @allldin Agreed, good sir, Agreed. From one Star Wars fan to another.

  • I can fap to this

  • "Ora va, figlio mio. Lasciami." / "Non ti lascerò, devo salvarti" / "Lo hai già fatto, Luke. Avevi ragione, avevi ragione nei miei riguardi. Di' a tua sorella...che avevi ragione..." TT_____TT

  • I'll play this when the American dictatorship is over.

  • @snoopatomicdog you're nutty as a fruit cake. If you don't like it here in the USA you're welcome to leave and start some kind of crazy theocracy.

  • This piece of music is so beautiful, it makes Greedo Shooting First, unnecessary additions of Jabba the Hutt, removal of the line "you're lucky you don't taste very good," and Vader's new-found "No. NOOOO!" all worthwhile.

  • @Ichenmeis I think Yub Nub was a better payoff: it had the series end on a playful note (sorely needed after Vader's death scene).

  • @Ichenmeis I don't know why, but I'll always see him as Anakin :S

  • Partying With The Wookies. I Would Love It.

  • 8 people are actually decapitated stormtroopers whos heads were still alive in their helmets as ewoks were drumming on them!

  • I'll play this when bankers go down, along with their nato bullies.

  • This made my day :)

  • This song just makes every bad situation better (:

  • This song played after i quit my job!

  • This song is so beautiful. Especially the part after 2:16, that part sounds like the whole saga can be defined just by listening to this song.

  • Comment removed

  • S H U T U P A N D E N J O Y T H E M U S I C .n.(-_-).n.

Im serious, use PM's to argue about political crap. I play this when the bullies got expelled from my school. Best day ever :p

  • yoda looks so sweet in this picture

  • I played this after Osama Bin Laden was killed.

Then I played it after I took a dump. That was probably the best dump ever.

  • I prefer Yub-yub.

  • Totally beautiful....

  • What kind of retards argue about America in a Star Wars video?

  • .....what kind of morons argue about libya in a star wars OST vid?

  • @EternalCrappyKid apparently you because you're talking about it right now stupid douche.

  • @EternalCrappyKid cool story bro

  • @EternalCrappyKid exactly that,morons.

  • i like this theme....not the yub yub crap

  • This piece of music brings 1 thing in my head ! That is how amazing The Force can be and the lightside how right can be .

  • Out of all the changes George Lucas made to his films, I believe that this was one of the best. :)

  • This just makes you want say F hate and dance, its so joyful and so beautiful

our world has to many bad things and this just makes you forget about all of it

  • The best song in Return of the Jedi!

  • Pinches a los que no le gustan.. ¬¬"..

  • 6 sith dislike this

  • @shadowsean2009 Darth Vader could not have disliked this. He had a victory at the end lol.

  • Jajajaaajaaaja!

  • Fucking Ewoks, I still hate them.

  • @AnnihilatorCZ I don't think it was the Ewoks; I just think the Rebel soldiers beat the Imperial soldiers. And Chewie stealing one of the walking tanks probably had something to do with it.

Unless you're playing Battlefront 2 on the PS2. In that case, the Ewoks deserve ALL the credit...

  • @shadowsean2009 Darth Tyranus was probably okay with it. He should be pleased that ol' Palpatine gets payback for betraying him, right? So maybe it was Grand Moff Tarkin who had the other Dislike.

  • I LOVE THIS SHIT!!!

  • @bluereaper75 hell yeah!!!

  • Sends shivers down my spine. And those are the good shivers.

  • Why the fuck are people bringing osama bin laden into this, this is starwars and this is one of the best pieces form the movies.

I understand the fact of him being dead is celebration for most of you but keep that out of this please.

  • 5 people thought the dislike button said " dis i like"

  • I want to party with the Ewoks all night long

  • @mmeikol Oh...yea

  • @mmeikol so do i

  • i predicted the title of the 3rd prequel years before the name of the movie was realeased, revenge of the sith, and also return of the jedi was swicted from revenge of the jedi, return is a better choice, and the rest is history

  • @witchcraftlord that and the Jedi dont get Revenge

  • This sounds like it should be on Avatar's soundtrack.

  • @Dreaklock that comment doesnt deserve to be a on a star wars related video

  • Good

  • Ewoks sure know how to throw a good party.

  • John Williams is the best movie music composser in the world

  • gsxdcvblufjcthjhghliufvjhjgclvjhvjl

Sorry, i was wiping the jizz from my keyboard

  • @FreeTunesStudios This is so lame and so old....

  • nobody fucks with the Ewoks

  • @J3067 I just can't believe that those tiny little bear-like things kicked the ass of the imperial army...

  • 1:33 is definitely where the song becomes very powerful.

  • WEEEEESAAAAA FREEEEE!!!

  • This is so fitting for graduation scene. Westview High School, Beaverton,Or, Class of 2015

  • @bhlee0019 Turn your tassel left to right.....Congratulations, Westview high school graduates!!!

  • There's not many things that I like about the remastered versions of the original holy trio. Hayden Christensen being superimposed over Sebastian Shaw? Insulting.

This, however, is a decent change. Yub Nub was just...goofy. It didn't convey a sense of great victory, or seemed like the war, and the movies, were drawing to a close.

This is pretty decent, though. It's almost as if it's got a melancholy air to it, but you can feel that the day's been won by the forces of good.

  • im playn this in 7 minitues for my ending them tonight. lol

  • i like this long version, though its better in the movie, where ewoks dont sing

  • @t3b4n22 I hate the stupid "yah yah" bits

  • @t3b4n22 i know. the 'yah yah' bits are a pain in the arse

  • Love it!

  • Thing is, the prequels have had alot of stick but I find this ending so much more emotional now that the prequels are there and we have the whole backstory in place. Darth Vader's redemption only became more special now that we know the events that led to his creation!

  • why make a version with little kids? but when it gets to the end the adults sorta over power the little kid voices and makes it worth hearing. besides it's a celebration not a school concert

  • this plays after getting hired for a job :)

  • Is there a version that doesn't have the midget rat fucks grunting annoyingly "YAAA YAYAAAA!", the flute was undisturbed in the movie, I want the song ethnically clensed from little plushie bears. They make annoying noises with their voices!

  • I can see it before me:

    F-16s flying across the sky

    Fireworks everywhere

People on the street celebrating worldwide

    This music plays

FN Declares an end to the war and the remaining terrorists gathers and makes a remnant force of what they were.

    World just got better ^^

  • This is what came to mind when I saw all those people go out to the streets to celebrate the death of osama. It fits haha

  • So, Osama wasn't buried in water, but thrown in the main reactor of the Death Kaaba !

  • fuck yeah

  • i was just about to say i was gonna post this on my facebook because of osama's death, but now i can see everyone's already comparing this music to that haha, awesome

  • OSAMA IS DEAD !!!!

  • @Nemtor5500 haha

  • im playing this song while watching all the people on the news cheering over Osama's death. Its soooo appropriate

  • @bluereaper75 it really is XD

  • @bluereaper75 OH REALLY ...WELL I LISTENING TO VIS WHILE WATCHING EPIC MOVIE ONG BAK

  • @bluereaper75 OH BY THE WAY YOU SITH FEEL MY FIRE POWER ..ZAP!

  • @bluereaper75 yeah right appropriate.. sight of people cheering over obl death was so disguisting i cant belive there are someone still beliving he is responsible for 9-11. real war criminals and legal terrorists are walking free dont let the dark side fool you

  • @grivs lol u mad brah

  • @bluereaper75 not mad only suprised how propaganda work these days better recognize

  • @grivs

Yea, I'm a bit sickened at how much people are celebrating a death. I don't care if it was America's Most Wanted, it's still someone who died. Then all those redneck morons crowded outside the White House doing their little partying bullshit... You know what a newspaper headline I saw said? "Burn in Hell".

Post Laden death propaganda is like Nazi Germany propaganda. ><

  • @RidingBesideMe Yeah, except there is a big difference. We celebrate that a murderer and a criminal is dead. The nazis killed innocent people and celebrated.

  • @MAriNeMandM True, but we should't have celebrated with the death of Osama. He is not worth the cheer, i belive this song shall be when we are at the blink of destruction with a Greater enemy like the GALACTIC EMPIRE or if u want real the only enemies that should be cheer over are the NAZIS, besides them i cant think of any one else for now. The future will give us another Empire, evil always returns.

  • @DOSU344 True evil, never dies.

  • @grivs ROflmao propaganda yet you're so naive you listen to conspiracy theories on the net.

    Good job you hypocrite.
