2, Protection against acquisition of property on unjust terms.

3, The right to a trial by jury.

4, Freedom of religion.

5, Prohibition of discrimination on the basis of State of residency.

Now, the problem is that it is uncertain if the government is going to be "watching" what their citizens are looking or not. But well.. that shouldn't be a problem (this is my opinion) because as far as i'm not doing anything ilegal (like entering pedestrian sites), i will have no problem at all (as far as the information they get keeps confidencial).
